CERTIFICATE COURSE IN FOOD FERMENTATION TECHNOLOGY-ACC2236
Zoology department of Assumption college offered a certificate course of 30 hours of 2 credits for the entire students of Assumption College from August 7 to August 11 2023. Entire course were conducted in focus for the devloping skills in fermentation technology which help to nurture them in eunterpreunership development . Sixteen students belonging from various disciplines participated in FOOD FERMENTATION TECHNOLOGY COURSE conducted at Zoology department. Course offered a hands on training in fruit vinegar production and dessert wine production. Different types of dessert wines and fruit vinegar of different aromas were prepared was saled. A test of 20 marks was conducted on 10/08/23and certification of participation were distributed to the students. It was a really fruitful and highly informative field to know about.
