The Department of Home Science organized an Alumnae Lecture Series on 20th December 2023 through the online platform Google Meet and Alumnae Lecture I on "Healthy Eating Habits for Adolescents" was conducted by the alumna of the Department Ms. Aleena Tomy, Junior Dietitian, Cureocity Healthtech, LLP, Ashokapuram, Calicut. The resource person explained the importance of nutrition for adolescents, some practical tips and habits for healthy eating, and advised adolescents to avoid eating disorders. The lecture was attended by the students, and faculties of the college as well as some participants from outside the college.
