The Department of Computer Science of Assumption College hosted an exhibition at JMHSS Vakathanam School on the 4th and 5th of January 2024. The project exhibition showcased the ingenuity of college students and served as a source of inspiration for visiting school students. The event aimed to bridge the gap between higher education and school-level learning by demonstrating the possibilities and innovation achievable through education, inspiring and motivating younger minds.
The various highlights of the exhibition included smart glass for the blind, Bluetooth-controlled cars, smart dustbins, hydraulic robotic arms, and so on. Teachers and parents accompanying noted the palpable enthusiasm among their pupils. They highlighted the exhibition's role in broadening horizons, encouraging critical thinking and nurturing a positive attitude towards learning beyond the classroom. The project exhibition not only celebrated the accomplishments of college students but also acted as a catalyst for inspiring the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
