As part of the world Mental health day, the NSS unit of Assumption College Autonomous conducted a seminar session on 10th October 2022 in Powathil hall at 2 pm. The first session was taken by Ms Sona Augustine, Assistant Professor of Dept of Social work and she engaged the students with mental health boosting tips and exercises. In the second session, Ms Priya Philip, Assistant Professor of Dept of Social work explained the various aspects of maintaining mental health.
