The NSS unit organized a collection event of study materials like notebooks, pens, pencils, scales, boxes etc for the school and college students in the areas of Mundakayam, who were badly affected by the floods and landslide. The collection drive was conducted on 26th and 27th of October 2021. Also, the NSS volunteers and programme officers contributed an amount of Rs 20,000/- for the relief activities at the landslide-affected areas of Mundakayam. The collected materials and a fund of Rs 20,000/- was distributed to the needy ones at St Joseph’s Girls High School, Mundakayam on 5th November, 2021, in the presence of Mundakayam Panchayath ward member Shri. Benny.
