The NSS unit celebrated ‘Shaheed Diwas' on March 23 to mark the death anniversary of legendary freedom fighters - Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Hari Rajguru, and Sukhdev Thapar. The trio was hanged by the British government in Lahore's Central Jail on this day in 1931.The NSS unit paid tribute to them by creating and displaying awareness posters and pledge taking events. After that a seminar session on “Heroes of freedom struggle & their bravery “ was taken by Ms Aparna A, II DC NSS volunteer of BCA.
