The NSS volunteers of Assumption College paid floral and candle tribute to all those officials who lost their lives in the chopper crash, by conducting a function on Dec 13, at 1.30pm. General Rawat was among the 13 people killed on 8th December 2021, when the military helicopter they were travelling in crashed in a hilly area in apparently foggy conditions near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu. 28 scond year NSS volunteers participated in the function.
