The NSS Unit of Assumption College Autonomous, Changanacherry celebrated the Netaji Remembrance Day on the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on January 23, 2022 at 5pm, via online mode with various activities. The NSS volunteers organized a video presentation on the “Life History & Contributions of Subhash Chandra Bose”. The second-year volunteers Ms Rose Dominic and Ms Staniya Ruth Joseph elaborated on Netaji’s life and his contributions to the nation. 100 NSS volunteers of both first & second year class attended the online meeting. The programme concluded at 5.45 pm.
An online quiz competition was arranged for the volunteers using quizzory quiz builder software and 97 volunteers participated in it. Ms Rianne Sara Varghese of II DC Physics and Ms Varada M Nair of I DC Chemistry and were the quiz competition winners.
