The NSS unit of Assumption College Changanassery, in collaboration with the NSS Cell of M.G. University and with the support of the Kochouseph Chittilappilly Foundation, completed the construction of four houses, with the key handover ceremonies taking place at Veliyanad, Mulakkamthuruthi, and Paral on 10th October 2024. Vazhappally Panchayat President Mrs. Latha Vijayakumar, Block Panchayat Member Mathukutty Plathanam, Member (Ward No.1) Mr. Sashikumar, 21st Ward Member Mrs. Pushpavalli Vasappan, Veliyanad Member (Ward No.13) Mrs. Anumol Abraham, Assistant Professors Mrs. Sherin Babu and Mrs. Cincy Kuriakose, NSS Program Officer Dr. Nisha N.C., Volunteer Secretary Ms. Ann Maria Robinson, and volunteers Ms. Vismaya Roy and Ms. Jilsimol S. were present at the event.
