The NSS unit of Assumption College conducted Adult Literacy survey at the Eara and Payattupakka regions of Nilemperoor Panchayath on August 26 and 27, 2023. As part of the 7-day camp, the volunteers visited about 122 houses and conducted the survey. There are 334 adult persons (who are of 18 yrs and above), out of which 169 are male and 165 are female. The survey statistics is as follows.
