Permission is readily granted to participate in Refresher Courses/ Orientation Programmes/ Short-Term Courses and other Faculty Development Programmes.

Assumption College Staff Co-operative Society Ltd provides facilities like granting of loans, accepting deposits and conducting chit funds. It is run by a board of directors elected among the members of the staff . The society offers two types of memberships viz. (i) class A for permanent employees of the colleges, (ii) class B for retired employees and members of the families of A/B class members.
Fund raising in the campus to meet financial emergencies like medical, marriage, housing needs of the family.

Assumption College Staff Co-operative Society
Assumption College Staff Co-operative Society Ltd. No. K829 is a registered cooperative society under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. The society that started its operation in 1990, has all the permanent aided teaching and non-teaching staff as its members. The society's administration is delegated to a five-year-term Board of Directors. The Governing Body consists of a President and a Secretary (both teaching staff members) who are chosen by the Board of Directors. Members of both the teaching and non-teaching staff make up the Director Board. The society provides various kinds of financial assistance to its members.

Staff Association
The Staff Association of Assumption College strives to maintain healthy relationship between management and faculty members. It also tries to keep up a feeling of oneness and unity of purpose among the members. All the faculties of the college (both aided and self-financing) are members of the staff association. Occasional meetings, celebrations, seminars, competitions and other recreational activities are also organized by the association. The members of the Staff Association 2022-23 are:
