Master in History is a two-year Post Graduate Programme started as a self-financing course in 2001 and regularised in 2009. Assumption College is the only women’s college in Central Kerala which offers MA programme in History. The course encourages the students to create a research culture and professionalism through various academic programmes.

A pass in BA Degree or equivalent examination or an examination recognised by the University as equivalent thereto is required.
