Bachelor of Business Administration is framed with the intention of imparting business education based on an interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum. It is designed to provide basic understanding about management education and to train the students in communication skills effectively which inculcate entrepreneurship skills. The students are prepared to explore opportunities being newly created in management profession. Business administration study methodology involves training through practical experience in the form of case studies, projects presentations, industrial visits and interactions with experts from the industry with a team-based, problem solving and hands-on learning environment. More over the BBA programme prepares students for the corporate world. Students will graduate with practical knowledge and skills that will help them set the highest possible standards in the corporate environment. They will learn how to analyze business environments, devise business plans, work in cohesive teams and think up effective solutions to real problems.
The management education at the under graduate level is intended to serve as grooming ground for the future managers. This will make a student more receptive to the advanced level of theory and practice of management science.

Pass in Plus two/equivalent examinations in any stream. Marks obtained in Part III of qualifying examinationwith 50% quota for Arts and Commerce groups and 50% quota for Sciencegroup (If not filled up fromone quota the next can befilled from other quota)

The objective of the programme is to enhance confidence and personal abilities, develop good inter-personal skills, mould a promising personality etc.
The key areas addressed in Soft skills are Communication skills, Body language and Etiquette, Group discussion skills, Interview skills, Presentation skills, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management Skills, Preparation of CV and Life skills.
On completion of the course, students will be able to– effectively communicate through verbal/oral communication and improve the listening skills, write precise briefs or reports and technical documents, actively participate in group discussion / meetings / interviews and prepare & deliver presentations, become more effective individual through goal/target setting, self-motivation and practicing creative thinking.,function effectively in multi-disciplinary and heterogeneous teams through the knowledge of team work, inter-personal relationships, conflict management and leadership quality.
