Bachelor of History is a three-year degree programme began in the year 1990. It consists of six semesters and follows Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). Through this programme students achieve historical consciousness, promote national feeling and harmony and gender equity.

The course offers wide range of career opportunities like Civil Service, Administrator, Teaching, Social Work, Human Resources, Journalism. The students who pursue for higher studies after Degree Programme can opt for MA History, Mass Communication, Law, B.Ed., MSW, MBA.
